Pair of semi-detached houses. Circa 1840. Stucco. Roof not visible. 2 storeys
and basement. Each house 2 windows wide plus recessed outer bays (1 storey to No
3, 2 storeys to No 4). Entrances to projecting second bays in advanced Doric
porches. Panelled doors. Pilasters between houses and framing windows above
entrances. Square-headed windows, architraved and corniced to ground floor.
Tripartite sashed windows to centre bays of pair. Plate glass and some margin
glazing. Cast iron window guards. Cornice, above first floor parapet. Part of
unusually coherent sequence of such houses.
