Detached house. Circa 1840-50. Grey brick, stucco dressings. Roof not
visible. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Pilastered projecting stucco
porch to left. Segmental entrance. Square-headed windows, architraved;
tripartite to right hand bay. Sashes, plate glass, margin glazing to left hand
upper window. Moulded band between storeys breaking forward into cornice above
ground floor window. Cast iron window guard. Part of unusually coherent
sequence of such houses.
