Detached house. Circa 1840-50. Grey brick, stucco dressings. Roof not
visible. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Pilastered projecting stucco
porch to left, segmental entrance. Panelled door. Square-headed architraved
windows, tripartite to right hand bay. Sashes, plate glass. Some margin
glazing. Moulded band between storeys breaking forward into cornice above ground
floor window. Cast iron window guard. Part of unusually coherent sequence of
such houses.
