Pair of semi-detached houses. Circa 1840. Stucco. Roof not visible. 2 storeys
and basement, with extra storey to inner bay of each, carrying pediment. Each 2
windows wide. Recessed porches to right and left, inner bay of each house framed
by Ionic pilasters and pilaster between houses. Square-headed sashed windows,
glazing bars. Ground floor windows of No 29 with pilastered surrounds (otherwise
simplified). Cast iron balconies to ground floor.
