front garden wall

Pair of houses and front wall. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed, channelled ground
floor. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys and basement. 3 bays with recessed entrance
bays to sides. Square porches with angle pilasters and keyed round-arched
entrances approached by steps. Panelled doors with overlights. Sash windows.
1st floor band and sill band. Sashes in eared architraves on consoles, glazing
bars to No 21. Bracketed eaves, overhanging hipped roof with stack to party
wall. Half dormer to No 22. Low stucco front wall with railings.
