Villa. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed, channelled ground floor. Welsh slate roof. 3
storeys and basement. 3 bays and recessed side bay to left. Central porch with
angle pilasters containing panelled door with overlight. Tripartite sashes. 1st
floor band. Sashes with glazing bars in eared architraves on consoles.
Overhanging roof with bracketed eaves. Included for group value only.
