Pair of houses and front garden wall. Early-mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. Roof
concealed. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 bays. Angle pilasters. Blomfield
Road front: central projecting Tuscan porch. 4 panel door with overlight.
Canted bay to right with plate glass sashes. Otherwise sashes with margin lights
in architraves, cornice on consoles to ground floor. Egg & dart cornice. Sashes
with glazing bars to attic. Further cornice and central pediment on panelled
base with flanking volutes. Warwick Avenue front similar but has round-arched
entrance and no canted bay. Stucco front garden wall, balustraded to right with
gateway of piers and lintel.
