Pair of houses, front garden wall and gatepiers. C.1830. Brick, stuccoed. Roof
concealed. 2 storeys, attic and basement. 3-bay fronts to Blomfield Road and
Warwick Avenue, further 2-storey, 2-bay wing to right of latter. Blomfield Road
front (no 35 occupies left side): central projecting Tuscan porch containing
panelled door with overlight. Sash window with margin lights under pediment to
ground floor. To right of porch a tripartite pilastered bow with glazed veranda
above. 1st floor sill band. Casements above in architraves. Angle pilasters
and cornice. Central pediment flanked by volutes. Warwick Avenue front:
Central square projecting Tuscan porch with 1st floor balustrade. Later canted
bays to each side. Sash windows some with glazing bars/margin lights in
architraves. Wide double sash to 1st floor centre. Angle pilasters and
cornice; Pediment to centre bay. Covered way links porch with stucco gateway.
Further smaller pair of gatepiers to right. To Blomfield Road: dwarf front wall
with iron railing incorporating gatepiers with lintel.
