basement. 4 bays, 1.2.1 with central breakforward. Entrances to side bays
approached by balustraded steps. 4-panel doors with overlights in architraves
under cornice on corbels. Sash windows with glazing bars/margin lights, in
architraves. Pediments to ground floor windows, cornices to 1st floor. Sill
bands. Overhanging hipped roof with eaves brackets.
