Detached villa. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. Islamic
style. 2 storeys and basement. 3 main bays, that to left advanced. Central
entrance square-headed with decorative architrave. Windows with horseshoe arches
to right bay. Stilted semi-circular arches to ground floor centre window, on
left side, flanked by smaller blind arches with intervening coupled columns;
above, square-headed windows with decorative architrave. Cusps to ground floor
windows, and metal glazing bars with coloured glass; casements. Decorative band
between storeys. Decorative coving to eaves.
