Offices, shop and Underground entrance. 1874 by John Wichcord as a continuation
of the former St Stephen's Club. Portland stone, slate roof. "Francois Ier"
style. 3 storeys and stone dressed attic. 4 windows wide. Ground floor with mid
C20 shop front and archivolt arched entrance with canopy to Westminster
Underground Station. Upper floors have cross mullion-transom windows and slate
balconies as on club building. Pediment gabled dormers in steep pavilion roof.
