Terrace house. 1725 altered early C19. Four storeys, basement, slated mansard attic
with dormers. Three windows. Plat bands, that to second floor with guilloche pattern;
main cornice at third floor level; moulded cornice on parapet, with coping. Early C19
continuous cast iron balcony to first floor. Early C19 round headed doorway with side
lights and ornamental radial glazed fanlight. Revealed glazing bar sashes, those on
ground floor with sliding louvred shutters. Area railings with urn finials.
