House. Early C19, altered. Corner site with Avery Row. Stuccoed brick. Four storeys,
2 windows to Brook Street, splayed corner and return of 3 irregular window bays. Plain
parapet with coping. Ground floor has later C20 shop windows opened up between
pilasters with Adam style capitals, and an opening on left into White Lion Yard. Apart
from corner all windows on upper floors tripartite sashes, no glazing bars.
