Terrace house. 1722-23 but altered by P C Hardwick 1851-52. Stuccoed brick. Four
storeys; basement; slated mansard with dormers. Four windows wide. Ground floor with
enclosed Doric columned porch to right, balustraded parapet. Plat band and sill band
to first floor. Moulded main cornice and parapet. All sashes in plain moulded stucco
surrounds, no glazing bars, mid C19 iron flower guards to third floor. Area cast iron
railings with pineapple finials. Interior retains original front compartment
staircase, timber with open cut string and barley sugar balusters. Second floor rooms
have simple early C18 panelling.
