Terrace house. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Painted brick with stucco window
dressings. Four storeys. Fish scale slated mansard with dormers. Three windows
wide. Main stone cornice at third floor level. Mid C20 shop front. Stuccoed doorcase
to left with console bracketed cornice beneath overdoor. Alternate segmental and
triangular C19 pediments to first floor windows, sashes, no glazing bars, cornices to
those on second floor and C19 balustraded parapet. Interior retains open string stone
staircase with wrought iron scroll panels between straight banisters altered C1900 at
foot to turn at right angle by column in hall. First floor drawing room retains Rococo
plasterwork to ceiling refurbished c1900.
