Public house. Early to mid C19. Stucco. Low slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 windows
wide plus rounded corner bay and 3 window return to right. Ground floor altered
late C19 or C20. First floor centre windows to each facade and to corner
pedimented. Pilasters between windows. Square headed windows; plate glass.
Cornice above second storey. Balustraded parapet. Included for group value, with
houses in Lower Grosvenor Place (qv), only.
