Detached house. Mid C19. Brick, stucco dressings; pitched slate roof. 3 storeys
and basement. 2 bays. Large gable to facade, with overhanging eaves; roof ridge
at right angles to road. Entrance to left in slightly projecting solid porch with
segmental headed architraved entrance. Panelled door. Segmental headed archi-
traved sash windows to upper floors. "Gothick" patterned glazing bars. Ground
floor right hand window of 3-lights with timber mullions. Sashes. Garage to
basement. Circular stucco pane to gable with winged motif. Included for group
value only.
