Pair of semidetached houses. Mid C19. Gault brick. Stucco dressings. Slate
low pitched roof to eaves. Italianate style. Irregular composition of 4 main
bays. To Carlton Hill 2 storeys plus attic. Rusticated quoins. Second bay from
left slightly advanced with gable containing arched window; smaller gable to
attic in second bay from right. Square headed architraved windows corniced to
ground floor. Sashes, some plate glass. Entrances to returns. Right return
with 4 storey tower containing arched window. Bracketed eaves. Included for
group value only.
