Block of terrace houses with shops. c.1820. Stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys.
Each front 2 windows wide. Slightly recessed rounded corners each end of block.
Ground floor shop fronts altered with C20 but No. 26 retains wooden frame with large paned windows and projecting cornice, square headed doorway with pilaster jambs and fanlight; the other 2 shops with remains of original fascias. Upper-floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat, gauged red brick arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the c.1820 redevelopment of Carnaby Street and Newburgh Street.
