Nos 61 to 69 (odd)


Row of houses. Circa 1860. Stucco. 4 storeys, attic and basement. Each house
3 closely spaced windows wide. Doric projecting porches to ground floor.
Panelled doors. Triglyph frieze across ground floor, which channelled. Canted
ground floor bay windows. First floor balustraded balcony. Square headed
windows, plate glass, sashes. Ionic half columns between first floor windows,
which corniced, and pedimented to centre bays. Second floor windows corniced.
Dentil cornice above third floor, subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron area
railings. Included only for group value with houses in Pembridge Sq (qv)
