Terrace house, 1723 by Timbrell and Stallwood. Brown brick, slate roof.
3 storeys, basement and dormered attic. 4 windows wide. Ground floor
has wooden doorcase to right, with panelled reveals, carved consoles and
moulded cornice, and 3 wide altered windows with segmental arches. Upper
floors have flush framed sash windows, no glazing bars, with red brick
segmental arches and dressings. Red brick plat bands between floors and
below parapet. Mid C19 cast iron area railings. Interior retains
panelled entrance hall and stairs with shaped carved tread ends,
columnar newels and turned balusters etc. Part of Burlington Estate.
