Terrace house. 1723, by Timbrell and Stallwood, altered. Brown brick,
stuccoed ground floor, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered
attic. 3 windows wide, the front flanked by giant pilasters. The ground
floor has an architraved doorway to right with cornice on consoles and
a mid C20 shop window. Upper floors have revealed sash windowd, no
glazing bars, under red brick segmental arches and with similar
dressings, mid C19 stucco sills on brackets. Red brick plat bands be-
tween floors and stuccoed cornice over 2nd floor, parapet with coping.
Interior retains fielded panelling to 1st floor rooms and staircase,
with turned balusters,carved and cut strings and columnar newels.
