Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Hipped slate roof to eaves. 2 storeys and
basement. 3 windows wide. Entrance to right solid sided projecting pilastered
porch with arched side lights. Square headed architraved sash windows, plate
glass. Cornices to ground floor. Cast iron balcony to ground floor. Part of
unusually complete surviving layout.
