Detached house. Circa 1850. Gault brick. Stucco dressings. Slate pitched
roof. Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays; 2 storeys, attic and basement. Left bay
slightly advanced with large gable and inset painted lancet window. Square sided
crenellated bay window to ground floor. Right bay with projecting gabled porch,
4-centred archway. Panelled door. Smaller gable to roofline with trefoil window
inset. Architraves to windows; 3-light to left and 2-light to right. Timber
mullions and transoms; plate glass casements.
