Pair of semidetached houses. Circa 1840. Gault brick, stucco dressings. Slate
hipped roof to eaves. 3 storeys and basement. Each house 2 windows wide plus
1-window recessed bay to outside of each containing entrance in projecting porch
with square piers . Channelling. to ground floor; cornice
over square headed windows, architraved above ground floor, corniced to first
floor; sashes, plate glass. Integral part of Clifton Hill planned layout.
