Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to eaves.
Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays, 2 storeys, attic and basement. Left bay
slightly advanced with large gable and inset painted lancet window. Square sided
bay window to ground floor. Right bay with projecting gabled porch. 4-centred
archway. Panelled door. Smaller gable to roofline with trefoil window inset.
3-light windows to left, 2-light to right. Timber mullions and transoms. Plate
glass casements. One of 4 matching houses with Nos 104, 106 and 107 and part of
Clifton Hill planned layout.
