Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to eaves.
Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays, 2 storeys attic and basement. Right bay slightly
advanced with large gable and inset painted lancet window. Square sided bay.
Window to ground floor, crenellated. Left bay in the projecting gabled porch.
4-centred archway. Panelled door. Smaller gable to roofline with trefoil window
inset. 3-light windows to right, 2-light to left. Timber mullions and
transoms. Dripmoulds to upper windows. Plate glass casements. One of four
matching houses with Nos 106, 104 and 105 and part of Clifton Hill planned
layout.
