Detached villa. Mid C19. Yellow brick, stucco dressings. Stucco mansard. 3
storeys and dormers. 3 windows wide. Stucco to ground floor. Ground floor with
Ionic colonnade supporting balcony, which breaks forward to become glazed Ionic
porch. First floor balcony balustraded. Windows square-headed, architraved,
sashes, plate glass. Panelled pilasters between first and second floor windows.
Cornices above first and second floors. Parapet.
