10.4.75 Nos 19 to 23 (odd)


Terrace of houses, now partly museum. Circa 1830-40, altered. Brick, stucco
dressings, slate mansard. Treated as one grand house. Centre house recessed, of
3 windows with Ionic colonnade to ground floor, corniced and balustraded. Outer
houses projecting, one window wide plus one window entrance back. All of 2
storeys, attic and attic mansard. Square-headed windows, stucco architraved to
other houses, where tripartite to main bay. Round headed windows to first floor
of centre house, gauged heads in round headed reveals. Segmental headed attic
windows to centre and right hand house. Sashes, some glazing bars. Cornice
above first floor. Subsidiary cornice to attic.
