Terrace house with shop. c.1731-32, Thomas Phillips carpenter as part of
his building lease on No. 34 Craven Street q.v. Brown brick, slate roof.
3 storeys and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Ground floor partly
stuccoed with early C.19 shop front having carved consoles to left hand
doorway. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged
red brick arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the Craven family's C.18
development their Brewhouse property; c.f. Craven Street.
