Pair of terraced houses with shops. c.1811-23, associated with
J. Parkinson's Montagu and Bryanston Squares development. Stock brick,
concealed slate roofs. 4 storeys. Each 2 windows wide. Altered shop
front to No. 14. Original shop front to No. 15 with entablature fascia and
semicircular arched house entrance to right with panelled door under fluted
doorhead and fanlight. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged red
brick arches. Stone coped parapets (rebuilt at No. 15). Cast iron
balconettes to 1st floor of No. 15. Included for group value only.
