Corner terraced house. c.1811-23 as part of J. Parkinson's Wyndham Place
and Bryanston Square development. Stock brick, stucco ground floor;
concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide with
irregular 1-window return to Wyndham Place. Altered ground floor windows
but retaining square headed doorway with fanlight to left. Upper floors
have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged red brick arches. 1st
floor stucco stringcourse. Parapet with coping. With its return to
Wyndham Place, No. 37 forms part of the formal setting of St. Mary's
Church, Wyndham Place q.v.
