Pair of terraced houses with shops. c.1800-20, associated with Gloucester
Place and Montagu Square developments. Stock brick, concealed slate roofs.
4 storeys. Narrow, 2-window wide fronts. Plain mid C.19 shop fronts with
fascias flanked by console brackets. Upper floors have recessed sashes,
glazing bars intact to No. 113, under flat gauged red brick arches. Stone
coped parapets. Included for group value only.
