Terraced house with 2 later shops. c.1800 with mid C.19 shop fronts;
associated with Gloucester Place development which it abuts. Stock brick,
concealed slate roof. 3 storeys. 3 windows wide. Square headed doorway
to house with panelled door and fanlight in shallow lobby between shop
fronts, both with altered windows, that to No. 116 broader, under common
entablature fascia with swept ends to frieze and dentil cornice. Upper
floors have recessed sashes with original glazing bars (very tall on 1st
floor), under flat gauged red brick arches. Parapet with stone coping.
