Town house on corner with Curzon Street. c.1750-60, with some
alteration. Stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3
windows wide plus blind splay to right. Entrance in 3rd bay to right
with 6-panel door in panelled reveals with inverted looped fan pattern
to fanlight, framed by wooden Ionic columns with dosserets supporting
bracketed open pediment. Projecting over entrance is a stuccoed
canted bay through 1st and 2nd floors with parapet coping. Recessed
sashes, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. Plat band and sill
band to 1st floor and bracketed cornice over 2nd floor. Cast iron
area railings. Interior considerably altered but some of rooms
retaining bracketed cornices.
