Terrace house. 1878 by Eales and Sons. Red brick, slate roof. High Victorian
Italian medieval style. 3 storeys, basement and arched dormered mansard. 3 windows
wide. Ground floor restored (1976) with semicircular arched doorway to left with
slightly pointed moulded brick hood mould, 2 similar deeply recessed windows. Upper
floors have deeply recessed sash windows under semicircular brick arches with
slightly pointed brick hood moulds linked at springing. Sill bands and dog tooth
bands in cut and moulded brick; machicolated brick parapet. Cast iron area
railings with moulded finials.
