Terrace house. Possibly c.1691 on the original laying out of Dean Street or more
likely a substantial rebuild/refronting of 1734-35. Blackened stock brick, slate
roof. 4 storeys. 4 windows wide. Ground floor has timber shop front of 1911 by
Victor Jackson in early C19 style with small paned bow windows flanking doorway
under fascia and cornice. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes in
pilastered reveals under flat gauged arches and with stone sills. Stucco faced plat
bands between storeys and stone coping to parapet. Interior altered early and late
