Terrace house. 1732-33 (probably by Thomas Richmond), altered mid C19. Stock brick
with stucco dressing, concealed roof. 4 storeys. 4 windows wide. Ground floor has
later C20 neo-Victorian shop front with colonetted arcaded lights and fascia. Upper
floors have recessed sashes, no glazing bars, those on 1st floor in stucco
architraves with friezes and outer segmental pediments flanking inner pair with
triangular pediments, 2nd floor windows retain red brick segmental arches and red
brick dressings, flat gauged arches to attic floor. 1st and 2nd floor stuccoed sill
bands, main stuccoed moulded cornice, continuing that of No. 76 over 2nd floor,
parapet with coping. Interior completely remodelled.
