Terrace house. Probably C18 refaced c. 1830-40. Stuccoed with
rusticated ground floor, slate roof. 5 storeys and basement. 8 windows
wide. Central porch with fluted Greek Doric columns and deep entabla-
ture. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars, those on 1st and 2nd
floors with friezes and cornices; segmental arched windows to attic
storey. Stucco cornice over 3rd floor, parapet with cornice and
blocking course. Mid C19 cast iron balcony across 1st floor. Cast
iron area railings.
