Terrace house. Late C18. Stock brick, slate roof. Originally of 3 storeys with
moulded stone crowning cornice, later attic storey and dormered slate mansard. Three
windows, revealed sashes with renewed glazing bars under flat gauged arches. c.1900
canted wood bay window. to centre first floor. Cast iron early C19 first floor
balcony. Ground floor windows have been reinstated together with area railings.
Original doorway round arched with side lights and fanlight, panelled pilaster strip
frame with spandrels and keystone. Hall retains original plasterwork with guttae
bracketed cornice and ceiling roses. Staircase with scrolled wrought iron balustrades
First floor front room ceiling retains delicate Adam style plasterwork.
