The description shall be amended to read as follows:

House, formerly the rear wing of no. 9 Grosvenor Square (q.v.). After 1866, and probably 1877-8 for the seventh Earl Cowper, though in similar style to the earlier no. 9 Grosvenor Square. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor, slate roof. Two and three storeys and basement. Two windows wide. Doorway to left flat under flat brick arches on first floor. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings. The first floor music room is part of no. 9 Grosvenor Square (q.v). The upper storey is numbered as part of no. 87, the rest of which is not included as part of the schedule of listed buildings.
