Terrace house with west elevation to Park Lane. c. 1758 with late
C.19 alterations. Stucco faced, slate roof. 5 storeys and basement
with top two floors added c. 1876. 3 windows wide. Entrance to left
with late C19 carved stone doorcase. Recessed sash windows, no
glazing bars, 1st and 3rd floor plat bands, bracketed main cornice. 3
window canted stuccoed bay to Park Lane with cornices between storeys
and balustraded parapet with coping; architraved windows with central
pediment to 2nd floor, 1st floor with later C19 verandah.
