Grand terrace of houses. 1826-30. Cubitt. Stucco. Roofs not visible. 4
storeys, attic and basement. Each house 3 windows wide. Centre pair, end houses
and No 74 set forward slightly with rusticated quoins.Continuous projecting Doric
colonnade to ground floor, with continuous balustrade above. First floor windows
pedimented except Nos 76 and 77. Second floor windows corniced. All windows
architraved above ground floor. Sashes, glazing bars, French casements to first
floor. Console cornice with swags to frieze above third floor. Subsidiary
cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings. Returns to right and left. Integral
part of Eaton Square. Planned layout.
