Terrace house. c.1676-82 Barbon development with front restored mid C.20.
Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway
to left with wooden doorcase of Doric columns and pediment. Flush framed
glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches with stone keys. Stone plat
bands to 1st and 2nd floors; moulded brick cornice below parapet with
coping. Wrought iron area railings with urn finials. Good interior with
panelled passage hall, archway to panelled staircase with moulded closed
string, turned and twisted balusters and square newels, bolection panelling
to 1st floor rooms, etc.
