23.11.78 Nos. 44 to 48 (consec)
Terrace houses. 1804-07;uniform row. Stock brick (No. 45 rendered) concealed roofs.
4 storeys. Each front 2 windows wide. Original domestic ground floor with doorway
to right but otherwise mid C20 shop fronts inserted. 1st floor windows are set in
shallow arched recesses, they and upper floors have recessed sashes, most with
glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. Parapets with copings. Plain early C19
interior with timber geometrical staircases.
