Terrace house. c.1743 with late C.18 heightening and with mid C.19
dressing to ground floor. Stock brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement
with attic storey and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Stucco faced
ground floor with Doric doorcase to left framing panelled door and
fanlight; ground floor sashes in stucco architraves with bracketed sills.
Upper floors have recessed sashes (some blind) a number with late C.18
glazing bars, under flat red brick gauged arches. Brick quoin pilaster
through full height to left. Moulded stone cornice over 2nd floor, parapet
with coping. Interior retains original features such as fielded panelling
to passage-hall and stairwell, open string carved bracket, turned baluster
staircase; pilastered archway between hall and stairwell etc.
