Terrace house. 1733-34. Painted brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and
dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Mid to late C.20 shop front to ground
floor. Upper floors have recessed sashes under segmental arches, late C.19
glazing. Band course below parapet with coping. Interior retains some
original panelling to passage-hall and stairwell, the dog leg staircase
retaining turned balusters to upper floor flights. Cast iron rainwater
head shared with No. 5 q.v.
