Terrace house. c.1683 with early C.19 alteration. Stucco faced, slate
roof. 3 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide.
Architraved doorway to left with fanlight. Sash windows in flush reeded
frames with roundel corner blocks. 2nd floor plat band, parapet with
coping. Cast iron area railings. Part of Nicholas Barbon's original
development of Gerrard Street, begun 1677.
