description shall be amended to read as follows:-

2 terraced houses, now converted to one hotel. c1815-20 Portman Estate
development. Stock brick; slate roofs with dormers. 4 storeys, attic
and basement. 2 windows each. Semicircular arched doorway; panelled
door in pilaster jambs, cornice head and fanlight. Recessed glazing
bar sashesunder flat gauged arches. Stone coped parapet. Cast iron
geometric pattern balconettes to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings
with urn finials. Part of one of the most extensive sequences of
Georgian terraced houses in London.
