Terraced town house. c.1790-1800 Portman Estate development. Stock brick;
slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide.
Semicircular arched doorway to left; panelled door with side lights in
panelled pilaster jambs, fluted doorhead under fanlight. Recessed sashes
under flat gauged red brick arches. Stucco plat band to 1st floor and
crowning cornice with blocking course. Original, cast iron, geometric
patterned balcony across 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn
finials.
